Brown sugar milk
Fresh milk with tapioca pearls coated in caramelised brown sugar, streaking the cup with golden ribbons.

Creamy and lilac-hued, with the sweet, velvety taste of taro.

Japanese powdered green tea whisked into milk: grassy, intense, gently bitter.

In Empoli bubble tea is made to order just as in Florence, from €5.00: the restaurant is at Via Cavour 44, in the town centre a step from Piazza Farinata degli Uberti and five minutes' walk from the railway station.

A drink born in Taiwan in the 1980s: tea shaken with milk or fruit, served cold with tapioca pearls through a wide straw. We make it to order, cup by cup.

29 flavours in the range: 14 milk teas, 14 fruit teas plus mango sago pomelo, the drinkable dessert. The day's assortment can differ between restaurants.
How much does it cost?
From €5.00 to €7.50, depending on flavour and cup size (small or large).
Are there flavours without milk?
Yes: the 14 fruit teas are tea and fruit with no milk, and Empoli also serves a strawberry soy milk. For allergies and intolerances, please check at the counter.
Can I get it to take away or delivered?
Yes: order online for takeaway from all three restaurants, and get it delivered with Glovo in Florence and Empoli. At the counter it is ready in minutes, to sip as you stroll.
Do you make bubble tea in Empoli too?
Yes. In Empoli bubble tea is made to order just as in Florence, from €5.00 in the small or large size: classic black milk tea with tapioca, brown sugar fresh milk, taro milk tea, matcha latte, strawberry, mango, lychee and white peach green teas and mango sago pomelo. The restaurant is at Via Cavour 44, in the town centre, five minutes' walk from the station: order at the counter, online for takeaway or through Glovo.
