All website content — texts, images, logos, trademarks and graphics — belongs to Fortune Nature S.R.L. or its respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even partial, is not allowed without written authorisation.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to compromise its operation or security. Any use that may harm the website or the rights of third parties is prohibited.

Menu, prices and orders

The website serves an informational and showcase purpose. Menu, dishes, prices and opening hours may change without notice; the information provided directly by our locations prevails. Online orders are placed through third-party platforms, subject to their own terms and conditions.

GiaoGiao Club

Joining GiaoGiao Club is free. The digital or physical card identifies the member profile and lets the user record points, view benefits and use eligible vouchers at participating GiaoGiao locations and GiaoGiao Market.

Points, benefits and vouchers are not money, cannot be converted into cash and are not transferable unless stated otherwise. They may be subject to availability, thresholds, expiry dates, account limits or conditions shown on the Club page or on the individual voucher.

GiaoGiao may correct technical errors, cancel points or vouchers assigned by mistake, and suspend or close accounts in case of abuse, fraud, improper card use or breach of the rules. Club rules may be updated; changes are published on the website or communicated through available channels.

Marketing consent is not required to join the Club. If you do not wish to receive promotional communications, you can still use the member card and change your preferences from the member centre.

Links to third-party sites

The website may contain links to external sites (e.g. ordering platforms, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or practices of such sites.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
